Chair Yoga

This class is fanstastic for those needing extra support with balance or injuries. We focus on breath, alignment, core strength and functional movement so you can use your body with less pain and see gradual improvement in strength and flexibility.

BREATH WORK & MEDITATION

THURSDAYS 7pm

No experience necessary, open to all.

Learn the regulating and restoring science of pranayama and meditation.

Fina a way to recalibrate from the stressors of life.

Class is 60mins -Meditation is approximately 45mins. Chairs, cushions and blankets provided.
